Job Title: Customer Support Advisor

This is a long-term temp role and will extend beyond the initial 3 months.
The role:
A Customer Support Advisor, with strong customer handling experience, is required to support a project where thousands of customers details are being updated and any support customers may need is being recorded.
You will be responsible for maintaining high data quality in the customer domain, in D365 and other relevant systems, ensuring that data is held centrally for full transparency and that suitable contract arrangements are in place for the continued management of all compliance elements within your defined areas.
The role is repetitive and requires great attention to detail and an excellent and professional phone manner.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver timely, safe, and effective outcomes for customers
Resolve customer queries within targets
Handle queries across Housing, Garages, Mutual Exchanges, Repairs, and Home Ownership (e.g., permissions, applications, tenancy info) in line policies
Ensure accurate data entry into systems to maintain detailed customer interaction records
What the client is looking for:
Strong attention to detail
Excellent and professional phone manner
Strong customer handling experience
Ability to create and maintain accurate records, including performance reports, legal documents, invoices, spreadsheets, and databases
Proficient in data quality monitoring methods and issue identification, including reconciliations
