Mental Health Nurse
Salary: £39,000 – £41,000 per year
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Rotation of day and night shifts
Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join their multidisciplinary team at a beautiful, purpose-built hospital that specialises in supporting individuals with mental health conditions, eating disorders, and CAMHS.
Set in a tranquil and therapeutic environment, the hospital focuses on personalised recovery journeys, offering safe, structured, and supportive care for people at various stages of their mental health treatment. The Mental Health Nurse will play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality care and support, working collaboratively with patients, families, and clinical colleagues. This role operates on a rotation of day and night shifts to ensure continuity of care across the service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration
- Minimum of 1 year’s post-qualification experience in a mental health setting is essential
- Previous experience in mental health, eating disorders, or CAMHS is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A calm, empathetic, and patient-centred approach
- Strong clinical judgement and the ability to respond effectively in challenging situations

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred nursing care tailored to individual recovery goals
- Support the physical and emotional well-being of patients, including those with complex needs and eating disorders
- Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and clinical documentation
