Machine & Packing Operative - Bridgwater - Temporary to Permanent - £12.75 - £15.15 an hour
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Machine and Packing Operatives for their client who is based in central Bridgwater.
Hours of work:
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern
- 2 shifts 6.45am to 6.45pm then 2 shifts 6.45pm to 6.45am, then 4 shifts off
- You receive 2 x 30 minute paid breaks each day.
Rates of Pay:
- For the first 3 months £12.75 per hour
- Rising to £15.15 per hour after 3 months
The Role:
You will be working in a manufacturing environment where full training will be given on how to operate the machines and pack the products correctly. The training will take 4 - 6 weeks to get trained on each machine and you will be given the opportunity to be trained on multiple machines.
