Summary
Previous experience in NHS recruitment is advantageous but prior knowledge of DBS requirements is essential. You will need to possess strong administrative and organisational skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should be confident in handling sensitive information with confidentiality, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be proficient in ICT systems including MS Office and Management Information Systems. Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes would be beneficial.
