Summary
Whilst experience of working within a Revenues and Benefits team would be desirable, we are able to offer the opportunity to study for a professional qualification as an IRRV apprentice to the right candidate and what is essential is that you have:
• A strong customer focus with excellent communication skills.
• A positive “can do” attitude to help us deliver the highest quality standards of service for our customers.
• Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Attention to detail, with good levels of accuracy.
As a Revenues and Benefits Officer, you will be responsible for:
• Ensuring accurate, professional, and timely case management service to our customers across a range of service areas and activities.
• Undertaking non-complex casework that requires an understanding of relevant service processes, regulations, and legislation.
• Delivering excellent customer service.
• Ensuring strict confidentiality is maintained and data protection rules are followed.
• Promoting and supporting customer self-service.
• Identifying improvements in our customer and service provision.
