Summary
Weighbridge Operator
Paxton Personnel are seeking a dedicated Weighbridge Operator to join our clients team on a permanent basis in East Lothian. This role is vital in ensuring the efficient operation and accurate calibration of our weighbridge, maintaining high industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Weighbridge Management: Ensure correct operation and calibration of weighbridge equipment.
· Despatch Analysis: Conduct analysis for all outgoing loads and generate certificates of analysis for contracts.
· Record Keeping: Maintain weighbridge records to FEMAS/AUKM standards.
· Data Coordination: Manage weighbridge ticket entry efficiently.
· Laboratory Analysis: Conduct testing on product samples.
· Sampling Duties: Collect samples from lorries throughout the year.
· Sample Dispatch: Prepare and send samples to the central laboratory.
· Support: Assist in the training and coordination of laboratory staff.
· Export Documentation: Prepare necessary Customs and Excise paperwork.

· Experience in weighbridge operation or a related role.
· Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
· Ability to coordinate and work effectively within a team.
