At Gallaway Construction Ltd, we don’t just build projects — we build trust, careers, and communities. Key Responsibilities:
• Cost Control: Monitor and manage project budgets, identify and address variances, and assist in preparing cost plans and feasibility studies.
• Procurement Support: Assist with procuring subcontractors, suppliers, and plant, ensuring accurate scopes and competitive pricing.
• Contract Management: Administer contracts (particularly NEC), including variations, early warnings, and notifications to protect the company’s position.
• Valuations & Applications: Prepare interim valuations, track applications for payment, and support final account settlement.
• Measurement & Estimating: Assist in measuring works, producing Bills of Quantities, and supporting tender submissions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the project and site teams, offering commercial insight and advice to inform decision-making.
• Programme Awareness: Understand and monitor project programmes to ensure commercial alignment with project timelines.
