Are you an experienced childcare professional seeking flexible nanny work in the Bath & Bristol area? British Carers is hiring Back-Up Nannies to provide high-quality, emergency in-home childcare when families' regular arrangements fall through.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced nannies, childminders, or nursery practitioners looking for extra income or a new challenge. Whether you live in Bath, Bristol, or the surrounding areas, this role gives you the flexibility to choose your hours and work with a variety of families in your local area.
What We Offer:
-Salaried Roles: 20+ hours per week, or ad-hoc contracts for greater flexibility
-Competitive Pay: Up to £16.81 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
-Weekly Pay: Get paid the same week you work
-Bonus Pay: Earn up to 4 additional hours on qualifying shifts
-Travel Pay: Get paid hourly for longer commutes

What You'll Need:
We're looking for caring, professional, and reliable nannies who are passionate about delivering exceptional childcare in a home setting.
-Minimum 3 years of paid childcare experience (or 2 years plus a childcare qualification).
-A Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
-A valid Enhanced DBS check (issued within the last 12 months or registered on the Update Service).
