Summary
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Demolition Labourer with a valid CSCS card to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the safe and efficient dismantling of structures, site preparation, and waste removal while adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist with the demolition of buildings and structures under supervision.
*Operate hand and power tools including breakers, drills, and saws.
*Remove debris, hazardous materials, and recyclable materials from sites.
*Load and unload materials and equipment as required.
*Follow site safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
*Support skilled tradespeople and site supervisors as needed.
*Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
*Carry out manual labour duties.
*Report any hazards or safety concerns to the site supervisor.
Requirements:
Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card is essential.
Previous experience in demolition or construction labouring preferred.
Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks in challenging environments.
Knowledge of health and safety practices on construction sites.
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
Punctual, dependable, and hard-working attitude.
