Summary
Take on a key role in a vibrant and positive Print, Display and Exhibition stand environment. Data Image are looking for a full-time telemarketer and customer service executive to work in-branch at our HQ in Narborough, Leicestershire.
The role focuses on outbound phone calls & emails to existing and past sales enquiries as well as responding in real-time to inbound leads & enquiries.
You’ll be responsible for multiple aspects of our sales, marketing and customer service, including:
Prospecting calls to past leads and opportunities to generate appointments
Responding quickly and professionally to inbound leads and enquiries
Identifying new business opportunities
Updating our CRM system
Regular communication with the sales and lettings team
Additional marketing tasks which can include social media, direct mail, and more
Office based in our HQ in Leicestershire

Previous experience in telemarketing or telesales
