Summary
About the Role:
We are currently seeking experienced Healthcare Support Workers to join our dedicated team, delivering high-quality care and support to individuals. As a key member of our care team, you will work in a variety of settings—including residential homes, domiciliary care or private care at home—supporting service users with their physical, emotional, and social needs.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide person-centred care and support in accordance with individual care plans.
*Assist service users with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
*Support with mobility, nutrition, and medication as appropriate (following training and protocols).
*Promote independence, dignity, and choice in all aspects of care.
*Accurately maintain care records and report any concerns to senior staff.
*Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders.
*Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control guidelines.
Requirements:
*Minimum 6 months of experience working in a healthcare or support setting (e.g. care home, hospital, domiciliary care, etc.).
*A caring and compassionate nature with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Flexibility to work a range of shifts including weekends, evenings, or nights.
