A rare opportunity has arisen for a Geospatial Research Technician to join the School of Geographical & Earth Sciences on a permanent basis.

In this role, the successful candidate will manage and provide comprehensive specialised technical support as part of the College of Science and Engineering’s Technical Services team within the School of Geographical and Earth Science. The postholder will provide advanced geospatial expertise and practical technical support primarily to research activities and act as subject matter expert in this field to support members of Earth Systems Research group, the Technical Services Team and the wider University across both teaching and research.

This post is full time (35 hours per week) and is offered on an open ended basis. Relocation assistance will be provided where appropriate.
