Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Marketing Staff member to support the planning and execution of our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will contribute to building brand awareness, promoting products, and increasing customer engagement through various marketing channels, both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Campaigns:
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize results.
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and media partners as needed.
• Digital Marketing:
• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and create engaging content.
• Monitor online presence and respond to customer inquiries/comments.
• Support email marketing campaigns and website content updates.
• Market Research:
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collect customer feedback and provide insights for product and service improvement.
• Brand and Content Development:
• Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
• Assist in creating flyers, posters, product packaging content, and promotional videos.
• Event Coordination:
• Help organize in-store events, product launches, and community outreach programs.
• Represent the company at fairs or exhibitions when needed
