Summary
Commercial HGV Vehicle Technician
S W Auto’s Service & Repairs Ltd is a growing business and after opening our second workshop, we are seeking to Commercial Vehicle Technician. We offer a selection of services to our customers including Inspection and service, MOT preparation, curtain repair, through to full vehicle maintenance for a variety of HGVs, trailers and light commercial vehicles.
The Role:
The role is carrying out fleet and vehicle inspection/service and maintenance whilst also maintaining and servicing all fleet and customer vehicles to VOSA standards, maintaining defect logs and preparing and taking vehicles for MOT.
The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own and be confident in problem solving whilst working out of a service van attending callouts / breakdowns or working from either of our two depots. Ability to work on their own initiative and being customer focused is important.
The successful candidate will have experience of service and repair work on a wide range of commercial vehicles.
This is a varied role and would suit someone who enjoys working in a variety of different environments where and when needed. prefer minimum Class 2 Licence
