Summary

Amore Complex Care is a complex care provider of support provisions to adults and young people with varying care and support needs in the Northwest. Amore Complex Care provides support services for people with diverse and often complex needs in community settings. Our ethos is to create therapeutic, holistic centred environments where individuals can enhance their personal skills, empowering them to lead a rich and fulfilling life as independently as possible.

Due to ongoing growth, Amore Complex Care are now looking for an experienced, motivated Complex Case Officer to manage complex care services in the Northwest area.

You will be committed to Quality Assurance, Positive Behavioural Support and Person-Centred Approaches, be able lead and develop the staff team to work in a person-centred and proactive way. You will need excellent attention to detail and be able to promote this approach within the team.

What we need from you

· Person centred approach to planning and delivering an excellent service

· Coaching and mentoring teams in the community

· Overseeing quality assurance

· Awareness of CQC regulations

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Maintaining and developing professional relationships

The ideal candidate should…

NVQ 3 or equivalent in care (desirable not essential)
Possess good time management skills
Strong organisational skills with experience of working with IT systems such as Microsoft office, and social care specific systems
Experienced in working with clients with Complex needs
Committed to reporting on client’s outcomes
Organised with ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Excellent leadership and people skills
A full Uk driving licence, with access to your own vehicle
