Summary
We are CH&CO, we’re proud to take a more thoughtful, mindful approach to the food experiences we source, prepare and present. We are excited to be recruiting for a General Manager to work with us in Surrey. We are looking for an experienced General Manager who can mobilise a new contract with us.
Location: Surrey
Rate of pay: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
Working pattern: 5 over 7 shift pattern, mostly day time shifts required
Key responsibilities
- Ability to manage a team of 10 – 50 people
- Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations
- Lead, develop and manage the team staff members
- Ability to manage a multi-faceted venue with several café and retail style outlets
Our ideal candidate:
- We are ideally looking for a candidate with proven multi-site experience within contract catering, restaurants or retail sector
- Experience managing large commercials turnovers between £3-5 million per year
- Ability and experience in managing several stakeholders and building great relationships
- Commercial acumen
