Summary
Assistant Goods In Manager - ExCel London
- £33,130 per annum
The primary purpose of this role is:
- To support the store manager with Deliveries each day with the loading bay area
- Reviewing Po numbers against orders placed from team members
- Checking and monitoring the Monika temperature system platform.
- Using Monika system to temperature control deliveries within the HACCP plan
- Working and supporting with the Store manager on stock taking and input of stock.
- Following the Compass HACCP plan with deliveries, rotation of foods, cleaning and checking labelling for the store location.
- Letting team members know if short deliveries are made from suppliers.
- General cleaning tidiness of loading dock & storerooms
- To support store manager building pick lists for specific jobs
Key Responsibilities:
- Checking deliveries against PO Numbers
- Review Monika report process – Using for delivery controls with the HACCP plan
- General stock taking process
- HACCP – Cleaning, Rotation of deliveries into locations
- Letting team members know if any shortages are on delivery
- Cleanliness of storeroom & loading dock at the end of the day
