Summary

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in Harrow Branch daily kitchen operations and food preparation
• Assist with preparation of ingredients (chopping, marinating, portioning)
• Cook Indo-Chinese fusion cuisine and plate dishes under supervision, especially Schezwan Sauce, stir-fries, noodles, and starters
• Prepare for dishes like Pav Bhaji, Misal Pav and Tava Pulao
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in your station and the kitchen
• Learn and follow recipes, cooking techniques, and presentation styles
• Ensure proper storage and handling of all ingredients. Undertake HACCP duties like fridge temperature checks, food labelling like expiry dates and best before dates
• Help with stock rotation and inventory as needed
• Work as part of a team during busy service hours
• Be open to working between Wembley and Harrow branches as and when needed to cover for other staff as a “reliever”.
