The successful candidate will lead, manage, and deliver planned maintenance, property improvements, and compliance functions relating to the delivery of landlord services.
They will provide expert professional and technical knowledge in relation to all housing maintenance, compliance, and planned improvement functions and will provide an effective, efficient, and timely maintenance, compliance, and planned improvements service for the homes, communal areas, and other assets in the housing revenue account.
