FANTASTIC PAY RATES! LONG TERM WORK! Our client based in Tallington is offering multiple roles in precast flooring company including Production Supervisor, Forklift Driver, Production Operative and Quality Checker with an immediate start.
This is a really exciting opportunity to work in a rewarding industry for a well known precast flooring manufacturing company. This is an ongoing position that can lead to a permanent position following a successful trial period. Hours are Monday - Friday 6 AM - 4 PM
MUST HAVE own transport due to location

Pay rate:
£14.00-£16.00 per hour (depending of the role and experience)
Overtime available from £21.00 per hour
The Production Supervisor role will involve:
Production planning and scheduling.
Team, workflow and resource management.
Ensuring safety environment and quality control.
Compiling production reports and communicating with other departments.
The Forklift Driver role will involve:
Operating forklifts to move precast flooring components, pallets and other materials.
Loading and unloading precast flooring components ensuring safety for transport.
Keeping record of forklift operations such as material movement and inventory checks.
General Yard duties such related to precast flooring operations.
The Quality Checker role will involve:
Verify the certifications of all raw materials.
Inspect molds and equipment, ensuring tolerances for accurate dimensions and functionality.
Conduct additional checks including pretensioning, strand placement, and detensioning.
Brief repairs addressing cracks ensuring a durable and level surface.
The Production Operative role will involve:
Manufacturing and quality checking precast flooring.
Pouring concrete and clearing concrete beds.
Oiling Moulds and taking concrete.
Casting and other General labouring.
