We are looking for SEND Teaching Assistants in Waltham Forest who possess the following:
• Experience working with children with SEND (autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, etc.)
• A patient, understanding, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with children, teachers, and parents
• Ability to support students on a 1:1 or small group basis
• A caring, enthusiastic attitude towards supporting children’s learning and development
