Summary
Title: Finishing Site Manager
Location: Chatham
Rate: £300 per day
Start Date: 2nd June 2025
Duration: 14 weeks
Project:
• It’s an office to resi conversion with 72 one and two bedroom apartments over 3 floors.
• There’s 14 weeks left on the programme (give or take a little).
• Already have an SPM on site who the Finishing Manager would report to.
About You:
• We need someone who is well versed in Excel (this is essential).
• Could use Asta or Project Commander (this would be a bonus).
• Has a working knowledge of Procore or similar software for capturing snagging (this is essential).
• CSCS
• SMSTS or SSSTS
Process:
We would need someone to complete a psychometric assessment and have a teams call – firstly with the client Head Office, then potentially with Senior Project Manager on site ideally.
