Summary

Are you looking for a rewarding part-time role in a nurturing and supportive environment? We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to join our vibrant nursery team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of our nursery and help create a clean, safe, and stimulating environment for young children.

What You’ll Do:
Support meal service by preparing and serving snacks and tea
Handle washing up and laundry duties
Prepare breakfast and snack trolleys
Step in to cover cleaner’s annual leave
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Follow nursery policies and health & safety guidelines
Participate in training and development opportunities

Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail
Committed to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Willing to learn and grow within the role
Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential

Hours/Contract: 10 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM), all year round with flexibility to work later to cover cleaning. This is a fixed term role until 31 August 2025, at which point it will be reviewed.
