We’re now looking for a passionate, experienced Care Manager to join us in a peripatetic role supporting our branches across North London.
About the RoleThis is a great opportunity for a confident and adaptable Registered Care Manager to provide leadership across multiple branches, covering periods of growth, transition, or absence.
As a Peripatetic Care Manager, you’ll take ownership of service delivery, quality, and compliance wherever you’re needed most, all with the backing of a respected national provider.
ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day operations to ensure safe, high-quality care delivery
Hold and manage the CQC registration at assigned branches
Recruit, onboard, and retain a team of exceptional carers
Drive local growth and build relationships within the community
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies
Support and develop carers and office staff to maintain high standards
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete it)
Proven experience in a Registered Manager or senior care leadership role
Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and best practice in home care
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Flexibility to travel across North London
