We are looking to appoint a high-calibre Careers Manager to join our talented and supportive team at The Frances Bardsley Academy for Girls. The Careers Manager will be responsible for overseeing the provision of work-related and careers education in line with the National Curriculum and the school's overall policies.

You should have a passion for working with young people to help them reach their full potential. This is an incredible opportunity to positively influence our students' career choices.

The successful candidate will have:

• The ability to work effectively and efficiently as an individual, and also as part of a team of professionals
• Passion and energy to drive the Careers provision across the school
• Excellent communication skills, oral, written and presentation skills
• Proficiency in the use of ICT and the software programmes used in schools
• The ability to provide and inspire independent careers advice and guidance to all students in the school from Year 7-13

The successful candidate will become part of an oversubscribed, flourishing school for girls aged 11 to 18, with confident, courteous, articulate students and an ethos in empowerment.
