What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Sound knowledge of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for early years education and supporting young children
- Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding, first aid, and nursery compliance standards

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding early years education in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support child development
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for learning through play
- Build strong, professional relationships with children, parents, and carers
- Monitor, assess, and record children’s progress and development
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated nursery team
