Key Responsibilities:

  • Build trusting, supportive relationships with young people

  • Collaborate with schools, families, and local organizations

  • Support young people facing challenges such as mental health, housing, or education issues

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience working with young people (paid or voluntary)

  • Is a great communicator and a team player

  • Is compassionate, resilient, and non-judgemental

  • Has a relevant qualification or is working towards one (e.g. youth work, social work, psychology)
