Salary: Starting at ?17.25 per hour (Approx. ?34,965 per annum, based on 39 hours/week)
Hours: 39 hours per week
Schedule: 4-Day Week - Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 5:15pm (Fridays off or available as overtime)
Overtime: Paid at x1.5

Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Turner Programmer, Setter, Operator to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
_ Programming, setting up and operating CNC lathes (Turning Centres).
_ Working with Fanuc controls.
_ Operating 3 & 4 axis milling machines (beneficial).
_ Using basic inspection equipment to ensure part accuracy.
_ Producing high-quality components to tight tolerances.
Key Requirements
_ Proven experience programming, setting and operating turning machines with Fanuc controls.
_ Experience working on larger components, ideally up to 500mm diameter.
_ CAD/CAM experience (Alphacam or OneCNC) is beneficial but not essential.
_ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
_ Ideally served a relevant engineering apprenticeship - though experience is key.
_ Strong attention to detail with a professional, self-motivated attitude.
_ Good organisational and time management skills.
_ Able to work independently and as part of a team.
_ Flexibility to work overtime when required.
