Live-in Carer

£15-£22 per hour | Mornings and Evening + On call during the day

We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Live-in Carer to join our client’s team. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life while working in a supportive and professional environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and who thrives in a role that combines hands-on support with genuine connection.

As a Live-in Carer, you’ll provide support in both the mornings and evenings, with availability required for on-call duties during the day. You will be supporting individuals with complex needs in their own home, promoting independence, dignity, and a high quality of life.

What We’re Looking

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a live-in carer
  • Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Confident driver with a full UK driving licence
  • Access to a wheelchair-accessible car
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex needs
  • Kind, patient, and respectful approach to care
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a live-in setting

  • Preparing meals
  • Assisting with personal care, medication, mobility, and household tasks
