Summary
Are you passionate about working with children and creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment? We’re looking for committed and enthusiastic Play Workers to join our Out of School Club (OOSC) team!
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver a variety of stimulating activities to promote learning through play.
Prioritise the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times.
Implement effective behaviour management strategies in a positive and supportive way.
Communicate effectively and respectfully with children, colleagues, and parents.
Take initiative and confidently support the OOSC Leader in day-to-day operations.
Be a team player, ready to contribute ideas and support others.
Bring energy, positivity, and a smile to every session – having fun is part of the job!
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with school-aged children is essential.
Relevant qualifications such as Playwork Level 2/3 or equivalent are desirable.
A genuine enthusiasm for creating a nurturing and exciting play environment.
Ability to adapt and respond to the needs of children and the team.
