Summary

Pinnacle Group is looking for a Police Station Cleaner to provide and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Facilities Management Cleaning Team based at the Northallerton Police Station – DL6

Your role will be to provide and maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for staff, users, and visitors to a high standard throughout the Police Station. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence.

This is a Permanent Role of 15hours per week working a 3-hour morning shift per day Monday to Friday, working either 6am to 9am or 7am to 10am.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Damp & spot mopping, dusting, polishing of surfaces, fixtures and fittings, sanitise touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces
  • Cleaning changing rooms, toilet facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
  • To clean tea points and kitchen area
  • Removal of waste from internal litter bins within the offices and meeting rooms
  • Vacuuming carpeted areas including barrier matting

Key requirements will include:

  • You will need to evidence your honesty and reliability and always maintain a sense of pride in your professionalism in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Obligation to adhere to safe working practices and ensure due consideration is given to the safety of the office staff
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses
  • The appointment of this role will be subject to completion of a Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) Check
  • You must have also resided in the UK for the last 3 years.
