The Role:
We are looking for a Residential Conveyancer with 2-10 years PQE to manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling own caseload of all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales,
purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build properties.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
- Conducting comprehensive property searches and investigations.
- Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors.
- Providing exceptional client service and building strong client relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal procedures.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 10 years Post-Qualified Experience
(PQE) as a Residential Conveyancer.
- A solid understanding of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client care skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in case management systems and IT.
- A proactive and organised approach to work.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
