Pay Rate: £12.76 per hour (paid weekly)
Brook Street is proud to be supporting the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in the recruitment of an Administrator to join their Advisory and Complementary Workforce (ACW) team.
Role Overview:
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support within the ACW team. The successful candidate will contribute to efficient and effective service delivery through scheduling, compliance, and engagement processes. You will work under the direction of the ACW Coordinator, ensuring excellent customer service is maintained across the directorates and workforce.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the scheduling process for the Advisory and Complementary Workforce, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness using data and workforce knowledge.

Administer welcome, engagement, and compliance activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support and embed key processes.

Respond to resourcing requests within agreed service levels.

Maintain accurate records and match workforce availability to operational needs using the National Resource Planning Tool.
Key Skills and Experience:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience handling high volumes of queries and data.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Quick to adapt to new technologies and working practices.

Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow processes accurately and consistently.
Requirements:

Valid right to work in the UK and possession of photo ID.
