This role will have elements of weekly office and attendance to BACP House, located in Lutterworth. If we're not in the office
we'll be traveling around the UK, meeting our members attending events.

The Digital Learning Officer's work as part of a team to design, develop and deliver a range of innovative digital learning
resources which meet the strategic aims of the organisation, leading BACP to become the CPD provider of choice for our members and
raising the standards of practice across the sector.



Accountabilities:

* Responsible for designing, developing and delivering digital learning resources for specific projects including the new
accreditation routes and the Ethical Framework consultation and re-launch
* Support with the work of the wider team to design, develop and deliver a range of innovative digital learning resources in
different formats, ensuring there is an ongoing supply of relevant content to populate the CPD hub and website to support the
CPD needs of our members
* Establish and maintain working relationships with SME’s, presenters and volunteers to enable the timely development and
delivery of digital learning resources
* Analyse and evaluate feedback survey data from digital learning resources to make recommendations to inform developments and
innovations for future digital learning resources
* Support the Member Resources Manager with the implementation of the digital learning content strategy, highlighting concerns
and recommendations to the MRM to ensure the digital learning opportunities remain relevant, contemporary, and fit for purpose
* Support the implementation of the Learning centre development roadmap

* Support the team in responding to member enquiries arriving in the departmental email inboxes, covering Podcasts, hybrid
events, CPD hub and Learning centre
* Attend organisational hybrid events either in person or remotely when required to support the wider work of the Member
Resources team to ensure a professional service is delivered to members attending hybrid events




Knowledge & experience:

* Professional qualification in a learning resource development related degree or practical experience in learning content
delivery including media, recording, editing and design
* Experience of writing learning outcomes and collating supportive resources for external use
* Technical knowledge in using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe design software and other
Adobe Creative Suite applications, or other professional editing software
* Experience of utilising animation software such as Vyond to create animated videos
* Experience of copy writing for web with appropriate tone and style Experience of using admin functions in a Learner Management
System
* Experience of uploading content to a CMS, such as Umbraco
* Experience of working collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), presenters, internal stakeholders and volunteers
* Experience of evaluating projects and writing reports, making appropriate recommendations for developments of digital products
and services
* Experience of working in an innovative and creative environment, making recommendations to facilitate change for the continuous
improvement and development of digital learning resources
* Experience of working in a customer focused environment, with a commitment to providing high quality customer care
* Experience of project management software, such as Meister task to effectively management workload and deadlines
