Nursery Nurse
Location: Marlborough Wiltshire
Hourly Rate: Up to £15 per hour (depending on qualifications)
Are you a qualified and experienced Nursery Practitioner looking for flexible work in Marlborough area? We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and dependable childcare professionals to join our team, working across a variety of nurseries in the Swindon area. This is a fantastic opportunity to put your skills to use in a flexible agency role that works around your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and early years education within nursery settings.
Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Support children’s daily routines, including meals, rest, and personal care.
Work collaboratively with nursery teams to maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
Keep clear and accurate records of each child’s progress.
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
What We’re Looking For:
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or higher).
Proven experience working with children in nursery environments.
A good understanding of child development and EYFS standards.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Adaptability to work across different nursery settings.
First Aid qualification (desirable, not essential).
