Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and supervision in nursery settings.
Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to different age groups.
Support children through their daily routines, including meals, sleep, and hygiene.
Collaborate with nursery staff to ensure a safe, stimulating environment.
Accurately record children’s progress and contribute to their development.
Build warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
What We’re Looking For:
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or higher).
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
A good understanding of child development and EYFS principles.
Great communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
Flexibility to adapt to different nursery settings and teams.
First Aid certificate (desirable but not essential).
