Are you a qualified Level 2 Nursery Assistant looking for flexible work in the Banbury area? We’re currently recruiting enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team and support a range of nurseries in and around Banbury. This flexible agency role is perfect for someone who wants to build experience, enjoy variety, and work around their existing commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day care and wellbeing of children in nursery settings.
Assist with age-appropriate play and learning activities.
Help children with daily routines including meals, naps, and hygiene.
Work as part of a team to maintain a safe, supportive environment.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Maintain basic records and contribute to children’s development.
What We’re Looking For:
A Level 2 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
A basic understanding of child development.
Friendly, reliable, and confident working in new settings.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
First Aid certificate (preferred but not essential).
