Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Hourly Rate: Up to £15.50 (depending on qualifications)
Are you a qualified and experienced Nursery Practitioner seeking flexible work in Bicester? We’re looking for passionate and reliable professionals to join our team and work across a variety of nurseries in the Bicester area. This is an excellent opportunity to use your skills in a flexible agency role that fits around your life.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care in nursery settings.
Plan and run fun, educational activities tailored to different age groups.
Support children with daily routines like meals, naps, and toileting.
Work closely with nursery staff to create a safe, engaging environment.
Keep accurate records of each child’s progress and development.
Foster strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and staff.
What We’re Looking For:
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or higher).
Solid experience working as a Nursery Practitioner.
Good understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to adapt to different nursery settings.
First Aid certification (desirable but not essential).
