Carers Trust Crossroads West Wales is looking for a dedicated and organised individual to be the first point of contact as a Financial Wellbeing Service Support Officer. In this pivotal role, you will manage referrals and respond to initial enquiries, while working closely with the Service Co-ordinator to build strong, effective partnerships with our co-delivery teams. Your efforts will ensure that beneficiaries receive timely, efficient, and compassionate support.
