Summary
HGV Technician Role – Manthorpe, Lincolnshire
£45,000 + Benefits + overtime
40 hours per week + overtime + standby/callout
Rotating early/late shift + every other Saturday morning (paid overtime 1.5times)

What You’ll Be Doing
• Carrying out major and minor repairs on HGVs, trailers, and commercial vehicles
• Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Diagnosing faults and planning repairs with the technical team
• Supporting roadside breakdowns when required
• Completing all records and documentation accurately
• Ensuring the workshop is kept clean, safe and organised

What You’ll Need
• Level 3 qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ / IMI) in HGV Maintenance
• Strong diagnostic and repair capability
• Full UK driving licence (correct vehicle categories)
• Confident working independently and with others
• A methodical, accurate, and efficient working style
