Are you interested in working term time only in the Richmondshire area?

We have an opportunity for you to join North Yorkshire Council working at one of our schools in Spennithorne near Leyburn as a Cleaner and Caretaker.



About the Role

You’ll play a vital part in keeping our school clean, safe, and secure. Your responsibilities will include:

· General cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning sanitary fittings

· Opening the school in the morning and securing it in the evening

· Setting alarms and ensuring the site is safe and locked up



Hours

· Morning Shift: 7:00am - 8:00am (Caretaking)

· Afternoon Cleaning: 4:00pm - 7:00pm

· Evening Lock-Up: 7:00pm - 8:00pm (Caretaking)

· Total Weekly Hours across both roles: 25 hours

· Schedule: Term time only, plus 2 additional weeks for cleaning



No weekend work and full training is provided!
