Analyse complex clinical situations, which require analysis and where necessary interpret data leading to a decision being made on the viable options. Will participate in an on call rota as and when required. Through effective delegation manage patients without direct supervision and ensure patients care needs are met across the defined clinical area. Undertake delegated line management responsibilities of other team members including personal development planning and individual performance reviews in line with BCUHB policy. Assist the senior managers to achieve the best use of clinical resources, ensuring an efficient and effective throughput of patients to the service for screening and sampling
