Summary
To work as part of an integrated locality 0-19 Early Help team providing an effective high quality service to the local 0 - 5 population and their families. To effectively manage an allocated caseload with support from the integrated locality team, which will promote the health and wellbeing of the 0 - 5 population, so they may be enabled to reach their full potential and not be disadvantaged through ill health or disability.
