Summary
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid Working)
Contract: Interim 6 months
Hays is proud to be working in partnership with Birmingham City Council to recruit a Programme Coordinator (PMO/Project Coordinator) to support the ongoing Oracle implementation programme.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-profile transformation project within one of the UK's largest local authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coordination and support across the Oracle implementation programme.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of project milestones.
- Maintain programme documentation, track progress, and support governance processes.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Experience working within complex, multidisciplinary environments, ideally within the public sector.
- Familiarity with Oracle or ERP implementations is desirable but not essential.
