Customer Services Adviser needed in Barnstaple
The rate is £13.26ph PAYE
This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will handle all telephone calls, emails (including social media) and any written correspondence in a professional, polite and efficient manner.
They will ensure that all relevant details are recorded accurately on supporting technology and in accordance with the Data Protection Act and proactively respond to and resolve a wide range of issues relating to services, including complex and in depth enquiries.
