Hourly Rate: £24 per hour
32.5-36 hours per week

Our client, a respected and person-centred nursing home, is looking for a dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join their close-knit clinical team. This service specialises in supporting older adults and individuals recovering from surgery, providing a safe and nurturing environment where residents and staff alike are genuinely cared for.
This role is ideal for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a passion for high-quality care, strong leadership skills, and a desire to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative setting.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC pin
- Previous experience in older adult or rehabilitation care is desirable
- Confident leader with excellent clinical decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach to nursing

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day care delivery, maintaining high standards across clinical and personal care
- Lead, support, and mentor care teams to promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and compassion
- Develop and manage individual care plans tailored to both post-operative needs and long-term care
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with CQC regulations
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
