Summary

JOB REF: VAF099: ASSOCIATE LECTURER IN MARKETING
£20.59 - £21.62 per taught hour, dependent on qualifications and experience

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and engaging Associate Lecturer in Marketing to deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across our new marketing course and apprenticeship provision.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team at a time of growth and innovation. The role will involve delivering across level three provision, with a focus on preparing learners for real-world marketing roles through practical, industry-informed teaching. You will help shape the curriculum and have the opportunity to contribute to new developments in our marketing and creative services offer.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in marketing — ideally with experience across digital, social, and content marketing — and a passion for developing the next generation of creative and commercially-minded professionals.
A degree or relevant professional experience in marketing or a related field is essential. A teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) is desirable, although we will support the right candidate to achieve this while in post.

If you are enthusiastic about supporting learner progression, passionate about marketing, and keen to shape the future of vocational education, we would love to hear from you.

We offer a secure package including funded teacher training, competitive salaries, an employer pension contribution plus access to a healthcare scheme following a probation period. The College’s Teaching and Learning Hub is also accessible with dedicated Quality Learning Leads who provide support to our Lecturers.

For an informal discussion, please contact Mark Lyon, Senior Learning Lead, on 01205 365701 EXT 4481.
