Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
Support with mobility, transfers, and physical assistance as needed
Prepare meals and support with feeding where necessary
Administer medication or support with medication reminders (if trained)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
Monitor and report any changes in health or wellbeing to the appropriate person
Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans
