I am a young male looking for support over 5 days a week, to support with day to day life. I live with Muscular Dystrophy, however do not want this to stop me doing the things I love. I am needing 2 PAs to cover the hours per week, so please see below and apply if you think this role is for you!

The suitable PAs would need to be able to help me with physical needs such as eating, drinking, reposition support and any transfer. I would like to get out into the community, seeing friends, socialising and attending any appointments.

I am currently in the process of setting up a disability awareness business and would like to find the right PA to assist me with this, as this is something very important to me.

Daily tasks would include personal care in the afternoons/evenings, transferring me from my electric wheelchair to the bathroom, the car, and bed if needed.

A full driving license will be necessary.

Due to the hours required per week, I will be looking for a group of PAs to assist me, having one main one and others to help with hours throughout the week.
