Summary
Independence Support Ltd (ISL) operate a supported living project in Crewe (CW1), offering intensive support to individuals with complex mental health issues.
Alongside the Support Living, we also offer a Crisis Café Service for short term inventions to individuals who are unable to manage their mental health independently and may require signposting.
We are looking for flexible staff to join our team in providing outcome focused support, enabling people to live as independently as possible.
Various hours and shifts available.
We are looking for flexible staff, the hours available include both days and nights, worked over a 7 day rota. We are currently also able to offer 8-8 day and night shifts and 10am-6pm shifts.
We are looking for committed and person centred individuals to enable the people we support to be as independent as possible and maximise opportunities.
Full induction training will be provided however some experience of working in a similar setting is desirable as the circumstances of the people being supported will be complex.
All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
